Megan McDermott Executive Assistant

Megan joined New Rhein in April 2026, she joined us from NewSpring Capital where she supported senior partners through the full intensity of fundraising and deal execution. In this capacity, Megan contributed to a wide range of initiatives spanning business development, capital formation, and marketing, helping to drive growth and strengthen investor engagement.

She resides in Glen Mills, PA with her husband and three children – two sons and a daughter and 2 dogs.
