Dr. Hariharan completed his bachelor’s degree in pharmacy at Banaras Hindu University in India and his doctorate in pharmacy at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Robert Czesak
Senior Controller
Robert Czesak is the Senior Controller of New Rhein. In this role, Rob manages the finance, operations, and human resource functions of New Rhein.
Before joining New Rhein, Rob was the Controller at HealthCare Royalty Partners where he was responsible all accounting related matters and financial vendor relationships. Prior to joining HealthCare Royalty Partners, Rob was a Managing Director with Broadscope Fund Administrators, LLC (now part of Apex) where he was responsible for the oversight of several accounting teams, represented operations in the new business development process and overall technology advancement.
Rob also served as Senior Accounting Manager with SS&C Technologies, Inc., specializing in automating processes for clients including complex carried interest, management fee and debt interest calculations. He began his career with Credit Suisse’s Alternative Asset group in 2003 after graduating from The College of New Jersey with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
